Layout
The property offers approximately 250 square metres of living space arranged over two levels.
Near the kitchen on the ground floor,
Bedroom 1 features a 200 cm bed and a private shower room with steam shower and basin, with separate WC and a mirror television.
Close to the living room, bedroom 2 offers either one 180 cm bed or two 90 cm beds and a private shower room with basin. A guest WC is located at the entrance.
A first independent staircase leads to the upper floor where bedroom 3 includes either one 180 cm bed or two 90 cm beds and an open bathroom with shower, basin and bathtub.
A second independent staircase leads to bedroom 4 fitted with a 180 cm bed, a private shower room with basin, separate WC and a mirror television.
Interior amenities
The entire mas is fully air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
Guests enjoy high-speed internet via Starlink.

Outdoor amenities
The five-hectare grounds are partially enclosed with wildlife fencing and offer several outdoor dining tables, multiple lounge areas, a fire pit space and a gas barbecue.
The natural swimming pool measures twelve by six metres and is secured, with depths ranging from 1.45 to 1.95 metres.
Six sun loungers, two double mattresses and parasols are available.
A pétanque court with boules is located on the property.
A fully equipped mobile summer kitchen near the pool includes a lounge and dining area.
Included services
All household linen is provided, including bed linen, bath and pool towels and kitchen linens. Housekeeping during the stay and final cleaning are included. Linen is changed for stays of two consecutive weeks. The pool and garden are professionally maintained. Welcome toiletries are provided in each bathroom.

To enhance your stay, a selection of bespoke services can be arranged upon request, including additional housekeeping, a private chef, personal trainer, yoga or Pilates sessions, massages and wellness treatments at the property.
