The property offers too another TV room, a gym room, a wine cellar and a laundry area.

Outside, the property has a beautiful landscaped garden with pines, lavender, olive trees and large lawn, two confortable terraces, perfect for the dinner al fresco, as well as a boules court for playing petanque and a 17 m X 5 m heated swimming pool.
