The home features a spacious, bright living area with a kitchen and living room opening directly onto the garden and terrace, a guest toilet, a laundry room, and a pantry. Adjacent to the living room is the first air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The other three air-conditioned bedrooms are located in a separate wing near the entrance, along with two additional bathrooms.

Outside, the property boasts a stunning, wooded environment with walnut trees, horse chestnuts, olive trees, a lime tree, and various Mediterranean plants across 5,000 m² of land, including a natural spring feeding two unsecured basins. A shaded terrace near the kitchen is perfect for summer meals. The 12 m x 6 m heated pool, secured by a rolling cover, is located below the garden, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside.
